Job Summary

To enhance the effectiveness of the sales team, the remote Sales Enablement Manager will create and deliver training programs, facilitate communication with senior leadership, and simplify complex software concepts for sales representatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Create and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs through a learning management system (LMS)
  • Engage with senior leadership to discuss training effectiveness and team needs
  • Translate complicated software testing concepts into accessible language for sales conversations
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in sales enablement within the tech/SaaS industry
  • Proficiency in instructional design tailored for adult learners
  • Hands-on experience with enablement technology, LMS platforms, and modern CRMs
  • Ability to explain software development and QA testing concepts clearly
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of enablement programs on sales performance
