Job Summary

Leading a team of Learning Experience Designers and Content Developers, the remote Sales Enablement Manager will set strategy and quality standards for learning experiences and sales content while ensuring alignment with measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute engaging, scalable learning programs and content tied to business objectives
  • Manage and grow a team, setting clear goals and development plans for each member
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and subject matter experts to address skill and knowledge gaps through structured curricula
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or sales enablement
  • 3+ years of experience managing an L&D or instructional design team, preferably in a sales context
  • Proven ability to build scalable learning programs for customer-facing organizations
  • Direct experience with learning technology tools such as Articulate and LMS platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
