Job Summary
Owning the go-to-market (GTM) enablement strategy, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Manager will manage onboarding, skills programs, and certification processes for Sales and Customer Success, while partnering with the GTM AI team to enhance content production and automate delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the enablement calendar, onboarding, and certification programs across Sales and Customer Success
- Run rollout program management for new tools, processes, and AI agent launches
- Create and stabilize in-flight enablement programs and resources to facilitate skill development and product enablement
Required qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of GTM enablement experience at a SaaS company with hands-on program ownership
- Experience in scaling onboarding, ramp, and certification programs
- Demonstrated record of deploying AI tools in a GTM enablement context
- Proficiency with CRM (Hubspot), LMS (Articulate Rise), and content management tools (Confluence)
- Strong measurement and data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs and track enablement ROI
