Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and dynamic Sales Enablement Manager, this full-time remote position will drive the efficiency and readiness of revenue-generating teams by managing the end-to-end sales training lifecycle, developing impactful training materials, and serving as a liaison with key partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish a culture of continuous learning and high performance within the sales organization
- Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to accelerate new hire productivity
- Develop structured sales playbooks and maintain a centralized repository of training materials
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Corporate Training, or Revenue Operations in a tech or SaaS environment
- Experience managing programs with major global consultancies, particularly Accenture
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Learning Management Systems
- Strong instructional design skills to create engaging training content
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales Leadership and Product Marketing
