Job Summary
Driving the efficiency and readiness of revenue-generating teams, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Manager will own the end-to-end sales training lifecycle, including onboarding, tool mastery, and the creation of impactful playbooks and objection-handling frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish a culture of continuous learning and high performance within the sales organization to enhance team readiness
- Design and implement a comprehensive sales onboarding program to accelerate new hires' productivity
- Develop structured sales playbooks and maintain a centralized digital learning hub for sales collateral and training materials
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Corporate Training, or Revenue Operations in a tech or SaaS environment
- Experience managing joint programs with major global consultancies, particularly Accenture
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Learning Management Systems, and Content Management platforms
- Strong instructional design skills to create engaging training materials from complex technical content
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership and Product Marketing
