Job Summary
To support Charter Communications' sales teams, the remote contract Sales Enablement Manager will coach and develop sales professionals on Cisco Meraki solutions, enhancing product knowledge and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach, lead, and develop sales professionals while managing team performance through KPIs
- Serve as the Cisco Meraki subject matter expert, providing product coaching and support throughout the sales process
- Support strategic account planning and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders in the Enterprise segment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience
- Minimum 2 years of Cisco Meraki sales experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Experience supporting enterprise or strategic accounts
- Strong coaching and sales enablement skills
