Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive consistent sales readiness programs and support the global revenue team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, implement, create, and measure multifaceted learning programs for onboarding and ever-boarding
- Partner with SMEs and leadership to develop learning pathways and programs for revenue teams
- Develop and experiment with new learning solutions and strategies to accelerate sales skills
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience developing and delivering training programs
- Professional knowledge of K-5 literacy pedagogy and trends
- Proven experience in designing differentiated learning tracks
- Deep understanding of learning principles for child-aged and adult-aged learners
- Experience in creating interactive asynchronous learning modules or courses
