Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive consistent sales readiness programs and support the global revenue team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, implement, create, and measure multifaceted learning programs for onboarding and ever-boarding
  • Partner with SMEs and leadership to develop learning pathways and programs for revenue teams
  • Develop and experiment with new learning solutions and strategies to accelerate sales skills
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience developing and delivering training programs
  • Professional knowledge of K-5 literacy pedagogy and trends
  • Proven experience in designing differentiated learning tracks
  • Deep understanding of learning principles for child-aged and adult-aged learners
  • Experience in creating interactive asynchronous learning modules or courses
