Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and implement processes to increase sales team productivity and effectiveness
- Collaborate with GTM functions and Sales Leadership to develop training and tools for prospects and customers
- Onboard new sales hires and create a robust onboarding program
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Enablement Manager, construction tech experience preferred
- Track record of high performance as an AE or Sales Manager at a B2B software company
- Experience in collateral creation, onboarding, and training
- Success in building and implementing playbooks for sales procedures
- Working knowledge of sales tech stack: Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Slack, and Notion
