Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and execute ongoing enablement programs for the Americas Sales Team
  • Partner with the Director, Customer Experience to develop technical training for Solutions Architects and Onboarding teams
  • Lead a team responsible for diagnosing obstacles, building sales motions, and managing sales trainings
Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDICC
  • Experience mentoring, developing, and recruiting top talent
  • Passion for sales, technology, and designing new selling motions
  • Ability to build deep customer relationships and deliver value
  • Desire to be a key architect for growth at an exciting software company
