Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and execute ongoing enablement programs for the Americas Sales Team
- Partner with the Director, Customer Experience to develop technical training for Solutions Architects and Onboarding teams
- Lead a team responsible for diagnosing obstacles, building sales motions, and managing sales trainings
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDICC
- Experience mentoring, developing, and recruiting top talent
- Passion for sales, technology, and designing new selling motions
- Ability to build deep customer relationships and deliver value
- Desire to be a key architect for growth at an exciting software company
