Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Enablement & Marketing Director, the full-time remote position will manage cross-functional initiatives across pre-sales engineering, product management, CRM operations, and marketing to enhance commercial effectiveness and support organizational growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical sales support throughout the sales cycle, enhancing win ratios and client experience
- Design and deploy CRM infrastructure to streamline sales processes and improve operational excellence
- Gather market intelligence and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, product management, or marketing roles within the logistics industry
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, including deployment and administration
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
