Seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Enablement & Marketing Director, the full-time remote position will manage cross-functional initiatives across pre-sales engineering, product management, CRM operations, and marketing to enhance commercial effectiveness and support organizational growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical sales support throughout the sales cycle, enhancing win ratios and client experience

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, product management, or marketing roles within the logistics industry
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, including deployment and administration
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
