Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campaign production planning and content execution for sales enablement and marketing materials
• Oversee the development of Agent education and marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery for sales programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide updates on project progress and manage timelines effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10-15 years of marketing experience with a focus on production and deployment of marketing materials
• Experience managing a production team delivering high volumes of customizable templates
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile concepts
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and a passion for improving consumer experiences
