Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement & Onboarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding and training of new salespeople in best practices, expectations, sales resources & systems
Designing and monitoring onboarding materials and learning pathways
Providing guidance and coaching to individual salespeople for the first 3-6 months

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years of experience in supporting a sales organization
Strong knowledge of software sales cycle and a formal sales process
Proven track record of creating and executing training to field teams
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Exceptional organizational and analytic skills
