Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage content management systems and enablement tools to ensure sales teams have accessible resources
- Coordinate and track sales onboarding and training programs in collaboration with enablement leaders and sales managers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize enablement processes and improve content discoverability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, organizational development, or a related field preferred
- Experience with sales enablement platform administration (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Guru)
- Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) operations and onboarding management
- Familiarity with CRM and GTM systems, including Salesforce
- Experience in user provisioning and license management across enablement tools
