Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage content management systems and enablement tools to ensure sales teams have accessible resources
  • Coordinate and track sales onboarding and training programs in collaboration with enablement leaders and sales managers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize enablement processes and improve content discoverability
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, organizational development, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with sales enablement platform administration (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Guru)
  • Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) operations and onboarding management
  • Familiarity with CRM and GTM systems, including Salesforce
  • Experience in user provisioning and license management across enablement tools
