Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Enablement Partner to support its global Sales Specialist organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales Specialist leadership to align enablement objectives that enhance performance and co-sell effectiveness
  • Design and manage a comprehensive learning roadmap for Sales Specialists, integrating enablement into their operating system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a globally aligned enablement experience and conduct needs analyses to inform program development
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, specialist sales, or sales enablement; principal-level experience preferred
  • General understanding of product specialization and co-selling dynamics
  • Proven ability to design and scale global enablement programs
  • Experience in managing diverse stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Proficient in using analytics to guide strategic planning and measure impact
