Job Summary

Empowering the Americas sales communities, the full-time Sales Enablement Partner will deliver strategies and programs that drive excellence and behavioral change, working remotely to support sales leaders in the USA and Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Localize and embed Global Sales Enablement learning programs for the Americas market
  • Optimize enablement tools like Salesforce, Highspot, and Gong to enhance data quality and seller efficiency
  • Project manage strategic learning initiatives to help partners adopt multiple products and convey full platform value
Required qualifications
  • Experience in sales enablement within SaaS environments, with a focus on engaging workshops and certifications
  • Background in designing programs that yield measurable results and behavioral change in sales or partnership teams
  • High proficiency with enablement tools such as Highspot or Gong, and familiarity with AI in sales workflows
  • Ability to translate complex information into simple, actionable narratives for sellers
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to sales leadership
