- Design and deploy strategies for partner motions, focusing on sales pitches and implementation readiness
- Modernize the learning experience with AI-driven insights and lead GTM readiness for new product introductions
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Sales/Partner Enablement within a global SaaS company
- Proven track record in Enterprise Software (SaaS) sales and partner enablement
- Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and build consensus across teams
- Understanding of adult learning principles and modern technology for effective learning
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage executive audiences
