Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the global sales enablement strategy to enhance sales performance
- Create scalable onboarding and continuous learning frameworks for new hires
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and design targeted training programs
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or enterprise SaaS sales
- Demonstrated experience in building or scaling enablement initiatives
- Strong understanding of B2B enterprise software sales cycles
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree required
