Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the global sales enablement strategy to enhance sales performance
  • Create scalable onboarding and continuous learning frameworks for new hires
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and design targeted training programs


Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or enterprise SaaS sales
  • Demonstrated experience in building or scaling enablement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of B2B enterprise software sales cycles
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree required
