Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Sales Programs and Enablement Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the organization and distribution of product-specific and enterprise GTM playbooks
  • Lead the execution of strategic GTM initiatives from project plan launch to adoption
  • Create executive-grade enablement materials in partnership with various teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy & operations, sales enablement, or program management in high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Strong project management skills with familiarity in RASCI best practices
  • Experience with CRM and reporting tools, particularly Salesforce
  • Comfortable using AI tools for content production and scaling enablement
  • High sense of ownership and ability to influence without direct authority
