Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Analytics and Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and track learning metrics and KPIs to measure seller development and sales performance
  • Design and implement customized training experiences based on data and seller needs
  • Collaborate with analysts and partners to foster a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement


Required Qualifications
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability with a focus on effective approaches
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel and Power BI; experience with Tableau or Python is a plus
  • Insight into motivations of technical sellers and familiarity with global sales organizations
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and experience with learning platforms like Degreed or Skilljar is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience, or equivalent education and practical experience
