Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager to support the design, delivery, and sustainment of enablement experiences across sales technology systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution for sales system launches and enhancements
- Partner with regional sales teams to identify training gaps and design effective learning experiences
- Manage the quality and usability of sales tools content, ensuring it is current and accessible
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or program management
- Experience supporting sales systems or tool launches in a sales or revenue operations environment
- Ability to translate technical requirements into user-friendly training materials
- Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams
- Familiarity with AI tools to improve content generation and learner experience
