Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a 30/60/90-day onboarding experience for Account Executives
- Collaborate with leadership to define success metrics and evolve training content based on performance
- Create and manage onboarding assets such as playbooks and certification programs
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in Sales and/or Sales Enablement experience
- Deep understanding of building and scaling onboarding programs
- Strong instructional design skills to convert objectives into learning experiences
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders
