Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager for Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a 30/60/90-day onboarding experience for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with leadership to define success metrics and evolve training content based on performance
  • Create and manage onboarding assets such as playbooks and certification programs
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in Sales and/or Sales Enablement experience
  • Deep understanding of building and scaling onboarding programs
  • Strong instructional design skills to convert objectives into learning experiences
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders
