Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and the sales enablement team
  • Conduct training needs assessments and define learning objectives
  • Create metrics to manage performance impact of learning programs
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or training in a SaaS or security company
  • Proven experience developing learning curriculum for sales teams
  • Experience with Salesforce tools and Learning Management Systems
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Deep knowledge of sales methodologies, preferably MEDDPICC
