Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with stakeholders and the sales enablement team
- Conduct training needs assessments and define learning objectives
- Create metrics to manage performance impact of learning programs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or training in a SaaS or security company
- Proven experience developing learning curriculum for sales teams
- Experience with Salesforce tools and Learning Management Systems
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Deep knowledge of sales methodologies, preferably MEDDPICC
