Job Summary

A company is looking for a ClayDR Enablement Program Manager to build and scale enablement programs for its ClayDR organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and scale onboarding and ever-boarding programs to accelerate ramp time
  • Build and run workshops and certifications to enhance ClayDR skills
  • Partner with leadership to identify performance gaps and create targeted enablement programs
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in enablement, sales, or SDR, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Experience in carrying an SDR/outbound number or coaching SDRs/BDRs
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and pipeline generation
  • Experience in building and scaling enablement programs and managing content systems
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while providing structure and clarity
