Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement (inside sales) representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up
- Effectively cold call and email leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into sales opportunities
- Accurately enter and maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or current matriculation in life sciences, business, or a related field is ideal
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
