Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement (inside sales) representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential leads through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up
  • Effectively cold call and email leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into sales opportunities
  • Accurately enter and maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or current matriculation in life sciences, business, or a related field is ideal
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus, but not required
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
