Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to create and execute a prioritized enablement plan for sales effectiveness
- Drive adoption of global sales effectiveness programs and support coaching activities for sales teams
- Lead workshops and coaching sessions to enhance sales capabilities and measure readiness
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in sales manager enablement or as a sales manager/leader of an enterprise sales team
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, messaging, and management frameworks
- Experience in translating complex technologies into simple concepts
- Extensive presentation skills and experience commanding a room
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively in a fast-paced environment
