Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to create and execute a prioritized enablement plan for sales effectiveness
  • Drive adoption of global sales effectiveness programs and support coaching activities for sales teams
  • Lead workshops and coaching sessions to enhance sales capabilities and measure readiness
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in sales manager enablement or as a sales manager/leader of an enterprise sales team
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, messaging, and management frameworks
  • Experience in translating complex technologies into simple concepts
  • Extensive presentation skills and experience commanding a room
  • Ability to prioritize and plan effectively in a fast-paced environment
