Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to oversee the creation and optimization of marketing and sales assets to support pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage production timelines for sales and marketing enablement assets, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Marketing to prioritize and manage requests for new materials
  • Track asset performance and identify gaps in the sales enablement toolkit for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing project management or a similar B2B marketing role
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and sales-marketing alignment
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience in asset creation and development, preferably with design tools
