Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to manage and enhance global onboarding programs for sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run quarterly onboarding bootcamps and create onboarding playbooks
  • Design and implement year-long post-ramp enablement programs
  • Launch and maintain quarterly certifications for sales teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting onboarding programs or team enablement initiatives
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with enablement or learning platforms is a plus
