Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of the global sales enablement strategy aligned with sales objectives
- Deliver high-quality onboarding experiences and manage readiness milestones for new sellers
- Create and maintain sales collateral and training content in collaboration with various teams
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related functions
- Experience in building or delivering onboarding and training programs for sales roles
- Hands-on expertise with sales tools such as Salesforce and Highspot
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
