Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support execution of the global sales enablement strategy aligned with sales objectives
  • Deliver high-quality onboarding experiences and manage readiness milestones for new sellers
  • Create and maintain sales collateral and training content in collaboration with various teams
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related functions
  • Experience in building or delivering onboarding and training programs for sales roles
  • Hands-on expertise with sales tools such as Salesforce and Highspot
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
