Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist focused on SDR and CSM support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enablement programs for SDRs and CSMs, including onboarding and ongoing training
- Assist in content management by curating training materials and maintaining updated resources
- Track enablement metrics and provide insights to refine programs and improve effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or training & development
- Experience with sales enablement tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs and reporting on program effectiveness
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
