Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist focused on SDR and CSM support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enablement programs for SDRs and CSMs, including onboarding and ongoing training
  • Assist in content management by curating training materials and maintaining updated resources
  • Track enablement metrics and provide insights to refine programs and improve effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or training & development
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs and reporting on program effectiveness
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
