Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to optimize sales technology and drive performance improvements for their sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize sales enablement platforms, particularly Gong, and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce and Zoom
- Generate actionable insights from sales conversations and present findings to sales leadership
- Lead training sessions and support user engagement to enhance adoption of sales tools and processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with sales enablement or conversation intelligence platforms
- Hands-on expertise with Gong.io and proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Zoom
- Understanding of diverse sales processes and methodologies
- Experience or strong interest in sales training and coaching
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
