Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to optimize sales technology and drive performance improvements for their sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize sales enablement platforms, particularly Gong, and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce and Zoom
  • Generate actionable insights from sales conversations and present findings to sales leadership
  • Lead training sessions and support user engagement to enhance adoption of sales tools and processes
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with sales enablement or conversation intelligence platforms
  • Hands-on expertise with Gong.io and proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Zoom
  • Understanding of diverse sales processes and methodologies
  • Experience or strong interest in sales training and coaching
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
