Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales onboarding programs and coordinate ongoing sales training initiatives
  • Organize and maintain sales enablement content and partner with Marketing and Product for accuracy
  • Support adoption of sales tools and assist with documentation of sales processes and workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, training, or a related role
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
