Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales onboarding programs and coordinate ongoing sales training initiatives
- Organize and maintain sales enablement content and partner with Marketing and Product for accuracy
- Support adoption of sales tools and assist with documentation of sales processes and workflows
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, training, or a related role
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft Office
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
