Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Designs, launches, and manages scalable enablement programs for the GTM team
- Collaborates with leaders and teams to optimize the GTM tech stack and sales enablement content
- Drives pipeline generation through dedicated sales plays and delivers enablement in various formats
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- 3+ years of experience in GTM, ideally with some experience as a quota-carrying rep in SaaS
- Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys
- Experience with various sales motions and frameworks such as MEDDPICC
- Proven track record of improving GTM motions and extensive experience in pipeline generation
