Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the sales team through training and content development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the onboarding experience for new customer-facing team hires, ensuring they are ramped quickly and customer-ready
  • Lead weekly enablement sessions by developing agendas, coordinating presenters, and preparing materials
  • Develop and maintain enablement content such as playbooks and training materials, ensuring they are engaging and measurable
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or a related role
  • Experience in building and delivering training to customer-facing teams
  • Strong organizational skills with proactive communication and follow-through
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools, including LMS platforms and conversation intelligence tools
  • SaaS experience is strongly preferred
