Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the sales team through training and content development.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding experience for new customer-facing team hires, ensuring they are ramped quickly and customer-ready
- Lead weekly enablement sessions by developing agendas, coordinating presenters, and preparing materials
- Develop and maintain enablement content such as playbooks and training materials, ensuring they are engaging and measurable
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or a related role
- Experience in building and delivering training to customer-facing teams
- Strong organizational skills with proactive communication and follow-through
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools, including LMS platforms and conversation intelligence tools
- SaaS experience is strongly preferred
