Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the Customer Success organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of enablement programs, including onboarding and skills development initiatives
  • Facilitate training sessions aligned with strategic enablement priorities
  • Create and maintain enablement assets such as playbooks and training materials
Required Qualifications
  • Understanding of adult learning principles in performance-driven environments
  • Familiarity with customer success processes and their impact on the customer journey
  • Experience in creating or supporting training and enablement resources for revenue teams
  • Exposure to CRM systems or enablement tools is a plus
  • Background in instructional design or curriculum development is preferred
