Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of enablement programs, including onboarding and skills development initiatives
- Facilitate training sessions aligned with strategic enablement priorities
- Create and maintain enablement assets such as playbooks and training materials
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of adult learning principles in performance-driven environments
- Familiarity with customer success processes and their impact on the customer journey
- Experience in creating or supporting training and enablement resources for revenue teams
- Exposure to CRM systems or enablement tools is a plus
- Background in instructional design or curriculum development is preferred
