Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Enablement Specialist - Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop sales training strategy across various learning formats
Build curriculum in collaboration with Sales Enablement Leadership and Frontline Sales Leaders
Continuously improve learning strategies and embed company cultural principles

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in enablement resource creation and eLearning content development
3-5 years of experience administering an LMS and managing content libraries
Experience working with sales and GTM stakeholders to align on program goals
Track record of delivering interactive experiences that improve learner engagement
Experience implementing modern learning theories and leveraging AI and automation technologies
