Job Summary

Sales Enablement Specialist is a full-time role focused on supporting agent performance and enhancing the agent experience through training and enablement resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying enablement needs across the agent lifecycle
  • Create and organize onboarding materials, job aids, and training resources for agents
  • Support training sessions and collect feedback to improve resources and processes
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, training support, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and familiarity with agent environments
  • Experience with CRM, LMS, or enablement tools is a plus
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfortable supporting training initiatives and engaging in webinars or workshops
