Job Summary
Sales Enablement Specialist is a full-time role focused on supporting agent performance and enhancing the agent experience through training and enablement resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying enablement needs across the agent lifecycle
- Create and organize onboarding materials, job aids, and training resources for agents
- Support training sessions and collect feedback to improve resources and processes
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, training support, or related roles
- Strong understanding of sales processes and familiarity with agent environments
- Experience with CRM, LMS, or enablement tools is a plus
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable supporting training initiatives and engaging in webinars or workshops
