Job Summary
Serving as the key contact for Regional Directors and Enterprise Sales Consultants, the full-time Sales Enablement Specialist will provide high-quality sales support, manage proposals in Salesforce, and ensure efficient sales processes in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver responsive service to sales requests from Regional Directors and Enterprise Sales Consultants
- Monitor and manage the proposal stage for the sales team to ensure timely delivery
- Produce reporting for management and track newly generated sales opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of retirement plan services and Pentegra's processes
- Proficient in Salesforce and experienced in working with retirement plan advisors
- QPFC, QKA, or equivalent designation, or willingness to attain
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite
