Job Summary
Hands-on and detail-oriented, the Sales Enablement Specialist will execute enablement initiatives to improve the effectiveness of sales and customer-facing teams, designing onboarding and ongoing training programs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and administer comprehensive onboarding programs and role-based learning paths for various sales and customer success roles
- Develop and curate enablement content, maintaining a searchable content hub for easy access
- Deliver ongoing training sessions and workshops, facilitating call coaching and feedback loops to reinforce best practices
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or learning and development roles
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, LMS/LXP, and CRM systems
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills, with the ability to create engaging content
- Excellent communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and sales engagement tools
