Job Summary
Supporting the strategy and execution of enablement programs, the full-time Sales Enablement Specialist will create training materials, lead training sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance understanding and adoption of Yahoo's demand-side platform in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute enablement programs for Sales, Client Solutions, and clients
- Create and maintain training materials, onboarding paths, and certification programs
- Lead internal and external training sessions, ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, client enablement, or related fields
- Strong working knowledge of DSPs and the digital advertising ecosystem
- Excellent presentation skills for both virtual and in-person settings
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams effectively
- Curious about emerging AI tools and their application in training and enablement
