Job Summary
Supporting the sales development teams, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Specialist will develop and deliver training programs, maintain the content library, and assist in implementing enablement initiatives across the sales organization.
Key responsibilities
- Support the design and development of enablement content, including training courses and playbooks
- Assist in facilitating live and virtual training sessions for sales teams
- Track and report on enablement activity, completion rates, and program engagement
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a sales development rep (SDR) or business development rep (BDR)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales enablement role or as a team lead/sales manager
- Experience in training and content development for a sales audience
- Strong writing and communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
