Job Summary

Supporting the execution of sales and marketing programs, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Specialist will manage brand assets, produce sales materials, and ensure the GTM team has the necessary resources for client engagements.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for the GTM team on material requests, prioritizing based on business impact
  • Produce and maintain a library of sales materials, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
  • Manage Caravel's brand asset library and coordinate design needs to ensure timely and on-brand deliverables
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or business
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or marketing operations
  • Experience producing sales materials, including pitch decks and proposal templates
  • Proficiency in design production tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign/Illustrator)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and project management tools
