Job Summary
To support a growing global consulting organization, the full-time Sales Enablement Specialist will create impactful sales content and proposals while collaborating with various teams remotely across the EMEA region.
Key responsibilities
- Write, design, and maintain a library of sales-facing content, including pitch decks and case studies
- Lead the end-to-end development of responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring polished and on-brand deliverables
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify content needs and train the sales team on utilizing new materials effectively
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, proposal writing, or related roles within professional services or consulting
- Proven experience managing RFP and proposal responses from kickoff to submission
- Exceptional business writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex subject matter
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple deadlines and coordinating contributors
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
