Job Summary
Supporting the Multi-Location Sales team, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Specialist will design and deliver training programs, develop enablement content, and equip sellers with tools to enhance their sales effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver training sessions, including micro-learnings and quizzes, while facilitating existing materials
- Manage and update enablement content, ensuring resources are current and accessible
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and iterate on training programs for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, or digital media sales
- Proficiency in building curriculums for instructor-led training and eLearning
- Fluency in data tools such as Sheets/Excel and presentation software like Slides/PPT
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams
- Familiarity with digital advertising concepts is a plus
