Job Summary
To strengthen field execution and sales readiness, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Specialist will manage regional execution of Sales Excellence programs, enable sellers to confidently position Creatio's platform, and create practical seller tools and resources.
Key responsibilities
- Own regional execution of Sales Excellence programs, including sales methodology and pipeline generation
- Translate AI and no-code messaging into practical tools, talk tracks, and resources for sellers
- Measure enablement impact through metrics such as ramp progress, certification completion, and revenue-related outcomes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, sales enablement, or related fields
- Prior quota-carrying sales experience is required
- Strong understanding of AI in enterprise software and its business outcomes
- Experience supporting SaaS, CRM, or workflow automation sales teams
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear messaging for sellers
