Job Summary
Seeking a data-driven, execution-minded Sales Enablement Specialist to join the Enablement team in a full-time remote position, responsible for closing the gap between sales strategies and field execution by providing the right content and systems for sales reps and managers.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with GTM, Product Management, and Product Marketing to create and refresh sales collateral and practical sales playbooks
- Document and update sales process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support inbound sales requests through the Jira channel
- Own field feedback loops and collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure enablement programs effectively drive revenue results
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related role within sales
- Experience using enablement and training platforms such as Gong and Highspot
- Proven ability to build core sales assets, including playbooks and SOPs
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Ops, and GTM teams
- Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting enablement effectiveness
