Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Enablement Specialist will design and deliver impactful enablement programs, leveraging AI tools to enhance training effectiveness and improve team performance across sales and customer success functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for sales and customer success teams
  • Develop onboarding curricula and ongoing training programs to keep teams updated on products and messaging
  • Define success metrics for enablement programs and analyze data to continuously improve program quality
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, customer success enablement, or revenue enablement
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, especially in revenue cycle management or healthcare technology preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for content creation and training delivery
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and LMS platforms
