Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Enablement Specialist will design and deliver impactful enablement programs, leveraging AI tools to enhance training effectiveness and improve team performance across sales and customer success functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for sales and customer success teams
- Develop onboarding curricula and ongoing training programs to keep teams updated on products and messaging
- Define success metrics for enablement programs and analyze data to continuously improve program quality
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, customer success enablement, or revenue enablement
- Experience in the healthcare industry, especially in revenue cycle management or healthcare technology preferred
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for content creation and training delivery
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and LMS platforms
