Job Summary
To enhance seller performance and workflow efficiency, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Specialist will manage training programs, support deal execution, and maintain resources that drive consistent sales execution across a diverse portfolio of B2B media brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales-readiness for new product launches through training, collateral, and certification
- Coordinate execution of enablement-led programs, including content creation and communication
- Build and maintain core training materials and deliver live training sessions for sales teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, training, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Seismic or comparable enablement platforms
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or AdOrbit
- Comfort with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot for content creation and training development
