Job Summary

Designing and delivering enablement programs, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Specialist will enhance the effectiveness of Sales and Customer Operations teams by managing cross-functional initiatives and leveraging AI-enabled tools throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
  • Independently lead and manage cross-functional enablement initiatives aligned with North American commercial priorities
  • Design and deliver AI-enabled learning pathways to enhance productivity for Sales and Customer Operations teams
  • Build and continuously improve commercial enablement programs that support onboarding and ongoing capability development
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a related commercial role
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with generative AI tools or platforms to enhance learning and onboarding
  • Strong communication skills for delivering engaging learning sessions to diverse audiences
  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or similar commercial environments with a focus on data analytics for program evaluation
