Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Specialist will create clear sales processes, enhance training programs, and provide coaching to ensure teams have the necessary tools and guidance for success.
Key responsibilities
- Create and document repeatable sales processes to improve efficiency
- Deliver sales training programs and support ongoing learning for sales teams
- Track training participation and sales performance trends to identify areas for improvement
Required qualifications
- Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a sales role
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and customer conversations
- Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams
- Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset
