Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to provide learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement initiatives
  • Coordinate and evolve the Sales Onboarding Program
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure preparedness for product launches and enhancements
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales and sales enablement
  • Detailed understanding of SaaS sales cycles
  • Familiarity with Force Management Sales methodology a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, LeadIQ, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
