Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to provide learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement initiatives
- Coordinate and evolve the Sales Onboarding Program
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure preparedness for product launches and enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales and sales enablement
- Detailed understanding of SaaS sales cycles
- Familiarity with Force Management Sales methodology a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce, LeadIQ, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
